Not to sound too much like an old man, but what’s wrong with a museum on dry land? I feel like if you asked me if I wanted to go to a museum I’d be in. However, if you took me to a marina, out onto the ocean, and strap on a bunch of scuba gear I’d be out. I mean, that’s a lot of work to look at some statues.
I know I’m spoiled with all the museum choices I have here in London, not to mention most are free. But even when they aren’t free, it’s something cool to do if you have the time. But I’m not sure how many people sit down and think “I want to scuba, but I also want to visit a museum. Wish there was a way I could combine it.” Aren’t there enough shipwrecks around the world?
